We consider bookings as definite only with deposit (€ 200,00 per person). The deposit can be handled via:

In case of cancellation we will not be able to return the deposit.

In case of late arrivals or early departures the guest is obliged to pay 75% of the price in compensation.
On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 2 pm. On the day of departure check-out has to be by 10 am.

The first snow. Ski Start offer, 4 days at the price of 3
Until 21.12.2024 for a stay of at least 4 nights you get one ski day for free. With an eight-day stay, on the other hand, you get 2 days on skis for free
These are your benefits:
* Accommodation: 4 nights at the price of 3 (8 for the price of 6)
* Skipass: 4 days at the price of 3 (8 for the price of 6)
* Ski school and equipment rental (skies and snowbaord) at special rates
Terms:
– Last day of skipass validity: 21.12.2024
In order to get a free or discounted ski pass, a group course discount and a ski rental discount you will have to show the youcher – request it at the Hotel.
Dolomiti Spring Days L (longstay)
Ski, sun, spring with sensational prices.
From 15.03.2025 to 22.03.2025 you get one ski day for free if you stay 7 nights.
These are your benefits:
* Accommodation: 7 nights for the price of 6.
* Skipass: 6 days skipass for the price of 5.
* Ski school and equipment rental at special prices
Terms:
– First overnight stay valid from 15.03.2025 for a minimum of 7 days.
– Skipass valid from 16.03.2025 for a minimum of 6 days
In order to get a free or discounted skipass, a group course discount and a ski rental discount you will have to show a voucher – request it at the Hotel.
